High Nuun All Day!

As in wearing Nuun all day! I was really excited to be able to try my very first Nuun tablet today, I got my water in my water bottle and dropped in my tablet and closed it… Big mistake! My water bottle has a straw in it. There are no warning labels on the Nuun containers but maybe there should be. Why? Because I opened the tab on my water bottle after it finished dissolving and it exploded like a geyser all over me! That's right, I said it. And you know it's true. Today I thought I'd share with you a few memes that make me laugh.  This one is huge for me! Every time I see someone actively working out at the gym that is over weight I want to go up and give them a high five and say they are awesome.  Enough said! How I feel after long runs. Yeeps! The best one yet!  To have the enthusiasm of this girl! I hope you all enjoyed and at least giggled once or twice, yes, giggled!  Keep on running!
