Supercharged Swiss Wheels

In a previous post I mentioned how to travel in many European cities using bike rental services. When reading National Geographic Traveler May 2012 edition I came across an article written by Becca Hensley. At first glance I thought she crazy, biking in Switzerland, there are way too many mountains! It turns out she isn't crazy. There are over 400 rental stations in Switzerland for specialized Swiss Electric Bikes. They are specifically made to help the cyclist get up those steep inclines. To me the idea of being able to bike through Switzerland sounds amazing, you get to go slow enough to really enjoy and take in the beautiful scenery.

As in wearing Nuun all day! I was really excited to be able to try my very first Nuun tablet today, I got my water in my water bottle and dropped in my tablet and closed it… Big mistake! That's right, I said it. And you know it's true. Today I thought I'd share with you a few memes that make me laugh.  This one is huge for me! Every time I see someone actively working out at the gym that is over weight I want to go up and give them a high five and say they are awesome.  Enough said! How I feel after long runs. Yeeps! The best one yet!  To have the enthusiasm of this girl! I hope you all enjoyed and at least giggled once or twice, yes, giggled!  Keep on running!
