Day 1

Today is Day 1

Day 1 of my Ultra Marathon training! My first ultra is April 30 in Missouri. I will be running the same race as my first half marathon but the ultra length this time. I am extremely nervous and excited about it. The Frisco Railroad Run, so it'll be really flat! Ha, chose the "easy" 50 mile race.

Day 1 of college classes at Edmonds Community College for Paralegal classes. Which I am also really nervous/excited for. I haven't taken classes in several years. But now I am trying to take them working full time and while training for an ultra marathon. 

This really is the start of a new year for me. I can't wait to get started!

High Nuun All Day!

As in wearing Nuun all day! I was really excited to be able to try my very first Nuun tablet today, I got my water in my water bottle and dropped in my tablet and closed it… Big mistake! One does not simply sit on the toilet after leg day

That's right, I said it. And you know it's true. Today I thought I'd share with you a few memes that make me laugh.  This one is huge for me! Every time I see someone actively working out at the gym that is over weight I want to go up and give them a high five and say they are awesome.  Enough said! How I feel after long runs. Yeeps! The best one yet!  To have the enthusiasm of this girl! I hope you all enjoyed and at least giggled once or twice, yes, giggled!  Keep on running!
